2-Ingredient Orange Cream Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 400 ml chilled heavy cream (or whipping cream)

  • 1 packet (around 85 g) orange-flavored gelatin powder (like Jell-O)
(You can also use any flavor you like — mango, lemon, or strawberry!)

‍ Instructions:

  1. Prepare the gelatin mixture:

    • In a medium bowl, pour 1 cup (240 ml) of hot water.

    • Add the orange gelatin powder and stir well until fully dissolved.

    • Let it cool slightly (room temperature — not set).

  2. Whip the cream:

    • In another bowl, pour in the chilled heavy cream.

    • Beat it using a hand mixer until it forms soft peaks (creamy but not stiff).

      • Combine:

      • Gradually pour the cooled gelatin mixture into the whipped cream.

      • Mix gently using a spatula or low-speed mixer until smooth and uniform.

    1. Pour & chill:

      • Pour the creamy mixture into a glass container or dessert dish (like in the picture).

      • Smooth the top.

      • Sprinkle chocolate shavings or sprinkles on top (optional).

    2. Refrigerate:

      • Chill for 4–6 hours, or until firm and set.

    3. Serve:

      • Scoop and enjoy your creamy, airy orange mousse! ✨

    Tips:

    • For a lighter texture, fold in a little whipped topping instead of heavy cream.

    • Want it richer? Add a tablespoon of condensed milk before mixing.
