Ingredients:
• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 2 1/2 cups pecan halves, finely chopped
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 6 to 8 tbsp melted butter
• 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
• 24 ounces chocolate almond bark
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, maple syrup, and finely chopped pecans until well combined.
Add just enough melted butter to the mixture so that you can easily roll it into balls without it falling apart.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch-sized balls and set them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Pop the tray into the fridge or freezer for about an hour to firm them up.
While the balls are chilling, melt the almond bark according to the package directions.
Once the chocolate is smooth, dip each chilled pecan pie ball into the melted chocolate and place them back onto the parchment-covered tray.
Let them sit until the chocolate hardens, and then enjoy your delicious treats!
