•8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

•2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
•1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
•1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley or dill
Seasoning:
•¼ teaspoon garlic powder
•¼ teaspoon onion powder
•⅛ teaspoon black pepper
•Salt to taste
•Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice

 

Instructions

1. Prepare the Vegetables
•Finely mince the carrots, bell pepper, green onion, celery, and herbs.
•Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
