Melty Mozzarella Bacon Pocket Bombs

Ingredients:
– 8 slices of bacon
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cook the bacon in a skillet until it is crispy, then crumble it into small pieces. Roll out each biscuit dough into a flat circle. Place a spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese and some bacon bits in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket, then pinch the edges to seal. Place the pocket bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
