3 eggs
200 g of 00 flour
120 g of dark chocolate
20 g of bitter cocoa powder
80 g sunflower seed oil (or 100 g melted butter)
150 g of icing sugar
70 g of milk
1 sachet of baking powder
Powdered sugar (for decoration)
Preparatory phases
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C (static heat).
2. Preparation of the chocolate
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Let it cool slightly.
3. Mix the eggs with the sugar
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
