Broccoli Chicken Divan Recipe

Tender chicken and crisp broccoli baked in a creamy, cheesy sauce — topped with golden breadcrumbs for the perfect bite.

It’s easy, filling, and loved by the whole family!

 Ingredients:
2–3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
3 cups broccoli florets (steamed or lightly blanched)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken or mushroom soup
½ cup sour cream or mayonnaise
½ cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus more for topping)
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
½ cup breadcrumbs + 1 tbsp melted butter (for topping)

 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9×13” baking dish.
Spread broccoli evenly in the dish, then layer chicken on top.
In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream, milk, cheese, and seasonings. Pour over chicken and broccoli.
Top with extra cheese.
Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Let cool slightly, then serve with rice or crusty bread.
