Ingredients:
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni (or other pizza toppings: mushrooms, olives, bell peppers)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13″ baking dish.
In a skillet, cook ground beef/sausage with onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
Spread the meat mixture evenly in the baking dish.
Sprinkle half the cheese over the meat.
Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until tots are golden.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and add pepperoni/toppings. Bake another 5–7 minutes until cheese melts
