15-Minute Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti or lo mein noodles
1 lb ground beef
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp hoisin sauce (optional, for depth)
1 tsp ground ginger or 1 tbsp fresh ginger
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry, optional for thicker sauce)

 Instructions:
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute.
Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin (if using), and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
Add cooked noodles and toss to coat. Add cornstarch slurry if thicker sauce is desired.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
